A choir’s public website and its internal workspace have different jobs. A live platform should give members straightforward access while keeping personal information and internal material behind appropriate permissions.

Member, director and administrator responsibilities defined clearly, with sign-in and permission checks enforced by the live system.
Thoughtful handling of information.
Collect only what the choir needs, explain how it is used, and agree how accounts, files and backups are managed.
Care from planning to handover.
Privacy, security, accessibility and maintenance requirements belong in the project scope from the start, with checks appropriate to the finished platform.

I’ve also built a private choir management platform for a real organisation, bringing rehearsal material, internal information, member communication and administration into one responsive system.
The case study explains the workflows, access model and implementation, including the project’s scope and limitations. The client’s application and member information remain private.
